We're hiring a Front Desk Agent for our Independence, MO location. As our Front Desk Agent, you're the first person people see when they walk through the door — the face of our front office and the one who keeps things running smoothly. There's always something happening up front, and as our Front Desk Agent, you'll be right in the thick of it.

Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and visitors as they come in
• Answering phones and routing calls to the right place
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointments
• Fielding questions and helping people find their way
• Keeping the front desk and lobby neat and in order
• Taking payments and handling basic paperwork

What We're Looking For in a Front Desk Agent:

• Warm, presentable, and easy to talk to
• Dependable — turn up on time
• Comfortable with basic computer and front desk tasks
• No experience required (front desk, receptionist, or customer service a plus)
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule: Flexible shifts, 5-6 days available

Front Desk Agent Pay & Perks:

• $22-$28/hr based on experience
