Front Desk Agent

We are adding a Front Desk Agent to our office team. We have clients, suppliers, candidates and other visitors coming through the office each week, so we need someone who is comfortable being the first face they see.

You do not need to be overly corporate. We are looking for someone friendly, bubbly and confident who enjoys talking to people and knows how to make someone feel welcome.

Day to Day

9:00am starts with getting reception ready and checking the day ahead.

From there, you will be welcoming visitors, answering calls, booking meeting rooms, accepting deliveries and helping with general office requests.

There will be quieter periods too, when you can catch up on admin and make sure everything at the front desk is organised.

• Has good written and verbal communication
• Is reliable and arrives ready for the day

Previous Front Desk Agent experience is useful but not essential. Hospitality, retail, customer service and admin backgrounds can also work well.
