About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the first and last impression for our guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a part-time weekend position, primarily scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. During your first few days of employment, training may take place on weekday AM shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) alongside the Front Desk Manager to ensure you feel confident and prepared before transitioning to your regular schedule.

Availability Requirements

• Part-time position
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Primary shifts are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts or work holidays when available is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be reliable and able to work a consistent weekend schedule

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
