Responsibilities

• Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools.
• Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and record keeping.
• Support office management activities by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
• Use technical proficiency in computer skills to troubleshoot basic office equipment and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently; experience with spreadsheets is preferred.
• Previous front desk or administrative experience is highly desirable; personal assistant experience is a bonus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency with office management tools such as QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous.

Pay: $24.25 - $29.10 per hour
