Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to welcome visitors, assist customers, provide product and service information, and support daily front office activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive first impressions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to routine inquiries.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotional opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and direct them toward appropriate solutions.
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and customer records.
• Support sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Direct customers and visitors to appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous front desk, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus but not required.
