Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out. In this role, you will manage guest interactions, handle reservations, and provide outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services.
• Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed and reports are completed.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a memorable stay.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries smoothly.
• Experience with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
