The Front Desk is the hub of the hotel, and therefore guest assistance and excellence in customer service is a primary responsibility. The position requires attention detail, good teamwork and a positive attitude, strong communication skills across multiple departments and with management, proficient computer skills, physical ability to stand for 8-hour shifts, and a flexible schedule for morning, mid-day or evening shifts. Willingness to work overnight shifts if needed is a plus. Quality customer service skills in the service industry is a must, at least one full year. Hospitality or Hilton experience is preferred.

We do require all employees be 18+ years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
