FRONT DESK AGENT

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet, welcome, and check-in/check-out guests and members in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
2. Handle bookings and reservations for padel courts and related facilities, including via phone, WhatsApp, walk-in, and the Playtomic booking system.
3. Process payments accurately (cash, EDC, QRIS/e-wallet) and issue receipts, keeping the cash drawer secure and reconciled at all times.
4. Provide accurate information on membership packages, court rates, coaching schedules, and current promotions to guests and members.
5. Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating to the Front Desk Supervisor/Duty Manager when needed.
6. Maintain the front desk area, equipment (EDC, POS, logbook), and racket/ball rental inventory in clean, organized, and functioning condition.
7. Follow the daily/weekly opening and closing checklist, and complete the daily cash handover form and procedure at the end of shift.
8. Coordinate with Coach, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and guest experience.
9. Support membership registration, renewal, and upselling of wellness, coaching, and rental services in line with front desk sales targets.
10. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and administrative records, and submit them on time as required by HR/Management.
11. Comply with company SOPs, uniform/dress code, and security procedures at all times, including EDC/system shutdown and cash drawer locking at end of shift.
