Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
• Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences to enhance guest relations.
• Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
• Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Assist in processing payments and maintaining the cash drawer accurately.

Experience

• Strong background in guest relations within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills is essential.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles will be beneficial for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
