We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, relay messages, and provide information.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Skills

• Proficient in customer service with a strong focus on guest relations.
• Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests at all times.
