Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Job Hours

Looking for someone who can do a mix of 12 & 8 Hours Shifts. Weekends would be 8AM-8PM (Saturday's & Sunday's) and Weekdays could be morning shifts like 8AM-4PM or Evening Shifts such as 1PM-9PM, 2PM-10PM or 3PM-11PM. (WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY)

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

-Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest common areas after check out time daily

• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred

• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications

• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

• Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality industry practices

• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50LBS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
