Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere and ensuring that all guest needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Assist with reservations and provide information on room availability and rates.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
