Front Desk Agent

Healthsource Chiropractic of Bismarck is looking for a warm, energetic, and enthusiastic individual who has exceptional communication skills in-person and over the phone with patients. Personal attributes and responsibilities include: Maintain professional appearance, great phone and interpersonal skills, greet and welcome our patients to our practice, schedule and confirm appointments while managing weekly schedules, collect payments from patients, and checking insurance eligibility.

Candidates must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of multi-tasking, and enjoy working with a team that is passionate about helping others with their health journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and financial tracking.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
