About the Role:

Golden Host Resort is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, run daily financial audits, and ensure guest security. If you thrive working independently during overnight hours and enjoy hospitality finance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Auditing: Perform end-of-day audit procedures, reconcile daily room revenue, and balance credit card/cash transactions.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, guest inquiries, and phone calls during the night shift.
• Property Oversight: Maintain a calm, secure, and welcoming environment; address guest needs or emergencies overnight.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and distribute end-of-day financial reports for management and morning staff.
• System Operations: Operate the hotel property management system (PMS) to post room charges, taxes, and adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or basic accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems (PMS experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working night shifts.

Schedule:

• Night shift / Overnight (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
