As the face of the hotel, you will play a vital role in welcoming guests, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Whether you're checking in guests, assisting with enquiries, promoting hotel services, or helping resolve concerns, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience while working for a proud Wyndham hotel partner.

What You'll Be Doing Creating Outstanding First Impressions

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Guest Service Excellence

• Respond promptly to guest requests, enquiries, and concerns.
• Assist with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, restaurant bookings, and local recommendations.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate concerns when required.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest requests.

Reservations & Administration

• Manage reservations via telephone, email, walk-ins, and online channels.
• Update and maintain accurate reservation information within Opera Cloud.
• Process room changes, amendments, and cancellations.
• Maintain guest profiles and ensure accurate data entry.

Cashiering & Financial Responsibilities

• Process payments, deposits, room charges, and refunds.
• Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with all cash-handling and security procedures.

Driving Commercial Results

• Promote hotel facilities, room upgrades, food and beverage outlets, and additional services.
• Support the achievement of hotel revenue goals through upselling opportunities.
• Actively promote and enroll guests into the Wyndham Rewards® loyalty program.
• Contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Communicate guest preferences and important information effectively.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and special events.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented working environment.

What We're Looking For Skills & Experience

• Previous service experience
• Hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar Property Management Systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable using computer systems and technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and German
• Eligibility to work fulltime in Germany
