Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent guest service while efficiently managing daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Maintain accurate records and complete shift reports.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Assist with other hotel duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and reliable.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
