Front Desk Agent

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service. This role is key to ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for from the moment they arrive. Command of the English language both written and verbal.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Schedule

Require flexibility weekday and weekends.

Job Description:

• Greet guests with a warm and sincere welcome.
• Complete front desk check-in and check-out processes.
• Promote brand programs.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Physical stamina-mobility required (required to push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs.)
