Front Desk Agent

Hotel Victor is looking for a passionate, polished, and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As one of the first and last people our guests interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable stays and delivering the exceptional service our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures

· Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system

· Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests, showcasing knowledge of the mansion’s rich history and exclusive amenities

· Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues

· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure impeccable guest experiences

· Handle phone calls and correspondences professionally

· Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payment procedures

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.

· OPERA PMS knowledge preferred

· Front Desk Agents represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay

· This individual presents options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a refined environment

· Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Fluent in English, additional languages a plus

· Accommodates special requests whenever possible

· Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments
