Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
• Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

This is an Entry Level Position. No experience necessary. Training provided.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel procedures and guest services is beneficial
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage in order to assist international guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
