Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest and phone communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Manage guest communication effectively, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Utilize technical proficiency to operate relevant office or hospitality software systems.
• Create reservations as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
