Responsibilities

• Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events with precision
• Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and document organization
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person
• Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining organized filing systems

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools
• Strong typing speed combined with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documentation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Customer service or front desk experience that demonstrates a welcoming attitude and problem-solving ability
