Front Desk Agent

The front desk agent is the first contact many of our hotel guests encounter. It is vital that you be friendly, smiling, and welcoming at all times. The front desk agent must enjoy interacting with guests and helping them make their stay with us exceptional.

Duties include:

• Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Making reservations
• Handling guest issues
• Problem solving
• Dusting/cleaning/disinfecting
• Constant communication with other hotel departments
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Processing payments

Shifts hours will be a mixture of 7am -3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts for a Front Desk Agent. Possible cross-training for night audit shift (11pm - 7am).

Hotel experience is preferred, but not necessary.

You must be comfortable with computers.

You must be familiar with the surrounding area (Aberdeen, Southern Pines, Pinehurst), or willing to become familiar quickly.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
