Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team and provide exceptional guest service at the front desk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, helping create a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and account information
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
• Handle payments, receipts, and basic transaction processing when required
• Monitor lobby and front desk areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Follow established procedures for guest service, safety, and confidentiality
• Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and helpful in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling or reservation systems
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
