What they need
Local hotel is seeking motivated people to represent as a Guest Service Agent. We are looking for First shift- weekends (7am-3pm) .
As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for guiding the guest from the front doors to check in and inform of the layout of the hotel with all the other amenities that the hotel has for their stay to be an enjoyable experience.
Includes training for the front desk system, phone etiquette, taking reservations, resolve any problems to improve guest satisfaction.
Part Time
Experience preferred, but will train anyone interested in the hospitality industry.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
