Front Desk Agent

Join our friendly team at Travelodge by Wyndham - Bloomington!

We're seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. Multiple positions available. Applicant will have to have good grasp of basic computer skills, handling phone calls, dealing with guests, and good communication is an absolute MUST! NO PHONE CALLS! Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage reservations and room assignments.
• Operate the property management system.
• Promote hotel amenities and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and public areas of the hotel.
• Conduct daily guest room readiness inspections.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and property management systems.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Team player mentality.

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: To be determined at interview, based upon your experience
