Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
• Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software, including modifications and cancellations
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently to ensure a memorable stay
• Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest-related documentation is up-to-date
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable
• Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if necessary, demonstrating reliability and adaptability
• Familiarity with resort environments and hospitality best practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
