Front Desk Agent

As a Customer Service Representative you will welcome our clients in store and on the phone, label clients items to insure they are sent to receive the proper care, and make sure that each client leaves our store feeling great about the service they’ve received. Full and part-time positions are available.

Rose Cleaners observes holidays and has paid vacations. We can train the right person. Please apply in person at Rose Cleaners at 13419 Blanco Road (1/2 mile south of Bitters Road) even though positions may be at NW Military, DeZavala Road location

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Provide information about our services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays as required.
