Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, manage guest requests, and ensure a welcoming environment in our lobby area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with property management systems to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and inquiries.
• Log guest requests and ensure timely follow-up to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Operate the Opera Property Management System for reservations, billing reconciliation, and guest information management.
• Reconcile billing statements accurately at the end of each shift.
• Handle cash transactions securely and responsibly.
• Stock market supplies and maintain inventory levels for lobby amenities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area, including the coffee station.
• Ensure the lobby environment remains welcoming and professional at all times.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with a focus on client interaction.
• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System or similar software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cleaning and maintenance skills are a plus.
