• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach.
• Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain phone etiquette standards when communicating via calls or emails.
• Support night audit duties by reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports to ensure smooth overnight operations.

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences and repeat visits.
• Knowledge of resort environments and guest services best practices.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
