Front Desk Agent

Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites is hiring!
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hospitality-minded Front Desk Agents to join our team.

Position: Front Desk Agent
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Pay
Location: Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests and prospective guests with reservations and general questions
• Assist guests with requests and concerns throughout their stay
• Process reservations, payments, and guest information accurately
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
• Communicate effectively with guests and other hotel team members
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service at all times
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk experience is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Flexible availability is required
• Experience with Visual Matrix reservation system is a plus
