Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about hotel amenities and services
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a proactive attitude to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support financial accuracy
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to optimize occupancy and revenue
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a positive experience for all visitors

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and guest services protocols
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
