What you’ll do

• Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests' stay.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to manage incoming calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively.

Basic qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
• Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures.
• Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of guest relations best practices.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
