As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for all of our visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our facility and services.
• Managing check-ins, registrations, and scheduling for events or activities.
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your role will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and representing The 422 Sportsplex as a friendly and organized environment.
