Front Desk Agent

StretchLab is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to help oversee sales and operations for our StretchLab Studio

POSITION:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships.

REQUIREMENTS:

● 1+ years of sales experience required.

● Fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.

● Confident in generating sales and helping with training/coaching staff to sell

● Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership staff

● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

● An affinity and passion for fitness.

● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

● Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

DUTIES

● Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting

● Drive membership sales through outside sales

● Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM)

● Collect outstanding dues

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio

● Any other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
