About the Position
Candlewood Suites Texarkana is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can work well in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/check out guests
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly
• Promote IHG One Rewards enrollment
• Maintain accurate guest and payment information
• Communicate with housekeeping and management regarding room status
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized front desk
• Follow hotel policies and procedures
• Help create a positive guest experience from arrival through departure
