Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in helping people have a great stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
• Provide local information and recommendations to guests
• Handle guest issues or emergencies calmly and effectively
• Follow all safety and security protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
• Experience at a Hyatt hotel preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
