Job Summary

YVE Hotel Miami is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service throughout the hotel stay. This position handles guest check-in and check-out, reservations, payments, requests, and general front desk operations while creating a welcoming experience for hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous service.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest questions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Communicate guest needs with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.

Requirements

• Previous hotel, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
