Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the 7a-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and be committed to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests effectively.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
• Assist in maintaining security protocols during night shifts.
• Help setup and prepare breakfast.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform night audit functions accurately.
