Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Sleep Inn & Suites. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
• Operate multi-line phone systems, responding to calls in a professional manner while managing front desk operations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
