Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
• Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. (OPERA STRONGLY PREFERRED)
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and local information to enhance their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room availability.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards.
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly required to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
