Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination with precision and attention to detail
• Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools
• Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and record keeping
• Support office management activities by assisting with clerical tasks like proofreading, filing, and document preparation
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating communication between clients and staff

Requirements

• Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management tools
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone communication etiquette
• Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred, including calendar management and personal assistant tasks
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
