Front Desk Agent

Our Beaumont real estate office is looking for a Front Desk Agent who enjoys meeting people and keeping a busy office organized. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, help clients connect with the right person, and support the agents and office team throughout the day. It’s a practical, people-facing role with training provided. You do not need a real estate license or previous industry experience to apply.

A day at the front desk

• Welcome visitors, confirm their appointments, and let the appropriate colleague know they have arrived.
• Answer phone calls and emails, take accurate messages, and direct questions to the right team member.
• Help schedule and confirm appointments and keep shared calendars up to date.
• Prepare meeting spaces and straightforward materials for client visits.
• Update contact details and office records accurately.
• Keep the reception area tidy, comfortable, and ready for visitors.
• Assist agents and office colleagues with routine administrative tasks as needed.

Who we’d like to meet

You enjoy speaking with people, communicate clearly, and can stay organized when several requests come in at once. You’re comfortable using a computer, willing to learn new systems, and dependable about following through.

Experience in reception, customer service, or office support is welcome, but it is not required. A degree is not required either. We’re interested in applicants who bring a professional attitude and want to learn.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday, on-site Front Desk Agent position in Beaumont. If you’d like to build your office and client service skills as part of a real estate team, apply with your current resume.

Pay: $17.45 - $23.73 per hour
