Front Desk Agent

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service - Proficient in operating phone systems and other front desk equipment - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus - Familiarity with guest relations best practices - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are highly desirable - Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
