• Greet and check in/out guests efficiently using hotel reservation systems.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and payments with accuracy.
• Provide local recommendations and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain front desk operations, including administrative tasks and shift reports.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems (e.g., PMS software) and basic math.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
