Front Desk Agent

The Fairfield by Marriott in Laurel, Montana is looking for Full & Part-Time front desk associates to join our team. We are social, customer-centric, and fast-paced. We are inspired by feelings of warm hospitality, comfort, balance, and simplicity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming incoming guests, scheduling local and worldwide reservations, answering phones and performing administrative duties. Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Answer questions from callers and respond to requests for information.
• Effectively organize, process and execute guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate changes in room status to the housekeeping department, notifying the appropriate person of all special guest requests.
• Perform basic bookkeeping functions such as recording receipts, distributing checks and postage stamps, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
