Tru by Hilton Laredo North is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, creating a positive guest experience, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Follow Hilton and hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Assist with other hotel duties as needed.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
