We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to support office efficiency and recordkeeping
• Assist with general office management duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person
• Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies

Skills
