Location: Southernmost House Hotel – Key West, FL

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel’s PMS system.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Provide local information and recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems; experience with hotel PMS is a plus (e.g., Mews, RoomMaster, or similar).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
