Front Desk Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival - Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Operate phone systems, transfer calls, and take messages as needed - Assist with night audit duties as required - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds - Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems - Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions.
