Holiday Inn Casper-East is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team!

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be one of the first and last people our guests interact with, helping create a welcoming and positive hotel experience from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
• Process reservations, payments, and guest accounts
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
• Provide information about hotel amenities, dining, and the Casper area
• Monitor and respond to guest requests and communications
• Use Opera and Quore to manage reservations, guest information, and daily communication
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Management
• Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Follow hotel, IHG, safety, and security standards

• Basic computer skills
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

This position has a set schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, and Monday and Tuesday, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM. Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be dependable and able to consistently work all scheduled shifts.
